Secretary of State Diego Morales announced the winners of Indiana's sticker contest on Oct. 15. The winners of the contest will have their stickers available at voting locations on election day.

The winners of the “I Voted” Sticker Design Contest were announced by Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales in a press release. The competition was open to Indiana students in grades K-12.

Nearly 1,000 designs were submitted, according to the Secretary’s press release. The winners were Iris Lopez, Anna Rose Washington and Ryli Skinner from Alexander Hamilton Elementary School, Zionsville Middle School and West Washington Jr-Sr High School, respectively.

These winners will have their designs handed out as stickers on Election Day, according to the press release. The winners were also invited to the Indiana Statehouse on October 29th to be recognized.

“Creativity and enthusiasm for our election process shine through each design,” Morales said in the press release.

The K-3rd grade group winner Lopez featured an eagle and a cardinal holding an American flag on her design. Washington displayed the words “I Voted” as a corn maze, with the American flag centered on the sticker for her 4th-8th grade group-winning design. Skinner’s design, which topped the 9th-12th grade group, depicted an IndyCar with the Indiana State flag in the background.
